PNSP elements do not have a metallic supporting element and can therefore be easily snapped into the intended installation groove. The sealing and wiping lips, due to their special shape in combination with a suitable SYGUMIN ® material, have low adhesive and sliding friction forces and, after assembly greasing, also allow the use in dry and oil-free air.


Materials

Standard material is a proven NBR-based SYGUMIN ® material of 75-80 Shore A which is characterized by a high abrasion resistance.

Maximum Speed: 0.5 m/s

Temperature: -30°C to 100°C (-22°F to 212°F)

Maximum Pressure: 12 bar
